The Tilbury House IV 2013 was be held from December 13th until December 15th at the University of Cologne. Chief-Adjudicators of the competition were the then European universities debating champion Emilia Carlqvist and the then world universities debating vice champion Rogier Baart.

Tilbury House IV 2012

The Tilbury House IV 2012 was held from December 7-9, 2012 at University of Cologne. 32 teams from six different countries competed in the five preliminary rounds. Chief Adjuducators of the tournament were Sella Nevo (Galway EUDC 2011 ESL-Champion and Manila WUDC 2012 ESL-Champion) and Dessislava Kirova (Manila WUDC 2012 ESL-Finalist and DCA of Manchester EUDC 2013). Motions:

Final: THBT a society in which charity and donations are prevalent is preferable to a society with a state run welfare system.

Halbfinale: THW allow parents to sell their babies.

Runde 5: THBT matchmaking is a better system than dating!

Runde 4: THW ban all lobbyist activity.

Runde 3: TH supports a technocratic government in times of dire financial crisis.

Runde 2: THBT Slacktivism has harmed activism more than it has benefited it!

Runde 1: THW only release prisoners if they are rehabilitated.
